Your resume header and objective creates first impression and they are the major elements in short listing process and they require that you fit for the job or not? Make ensure that your resume include both of them in right way. You should think in a way that how to get a job with your resume and be smart to get a job. So think as a smart job seeker and take time to write a smart resume to be the best. Apply this when you are first time writing or when you are updating your profile. The recruiter who shortlist or review your profile will take less than 20 seconds time to review your profile and determines that you are useful to their company or not. You have to impress recruiters speedly, loudly and clearly in a focused way. So, your resume objective and header are the major facts which create first impression and major elements to convey the message to the recruiters that you fit for the position or not. Header:First of all know about the major objective of the resume and your header should convey the basic information about you. You can also include some basic information like contact details and current location details. Make sure it is clearly and neatly placed right on top of the resume ideally centre aligned. Your resume title should contain below things: Your name: Name should have larger font than the font size of resume. Current address: Put your current address and no need to include permanent address. Email ID: If you are working then don't share it and add your personal mail id and strictly professional one only. Mobile and contact number: Add your working mobile number to your contact number list.
Your header should not contain below things: Do not include your photo Do not write Resume as a heading to the document Do not give unnecessary details like family information, marital status, etc Do not occupy much space to fill up contact details
Resume objective:Your resume objective should clearly explain your domain area to the recruiters. The main objective of CV objective is to share the message that what your career goal is. Your objective should be customized for each role you apply to jobs in job search.
