Wisdom Jobs: Beyond the Fourth Generation Job Portal


Wisdomjobs.com has completed two years successfully and entering in to the third year. Since its inception, there has been a remarkable progress and all of their endeavors have been successful. Initially it was started withwisdomjobs.com and they’ve launched 3 more portals i.e. wisdomjobsgulf.com, wisdomjobs.my and wisdomjobs.sgwithin two years of time. The portal was built on the parameters of using the right combination of strategy, people, processes, technology, and infrastructure for each client situation, to meet specific business needs and delivering the expected results.
The achievements like ISO 9001:2008 certification and NASSCOM membership made the company to stand proudly in the competitive market. They’ve secured top position among 600+ vendors of HCL along with 20+ Millions of Resume database in India and 40+ active clients for recruitment. In the endeavor to accomplish our mission, they constantly produced innovative products like E-University, Pragnya Meter to sync with core business. They’ve started Pragnya Meter drives in various B-schools, Engineering and technological institutions. Now Pragnya meter has entered in to the market and occupied a prominent place in the market with 5 crore multiple choice questions on 6000+ skillsets at one place, which were not found in any other tool. E-University is another feather in the crown of wisdom. It was built with 2 crore Interview questions with a single click access. Recently they’ve launched an Intranet ‘WISDOMATE’ to be transparent and speedup the HR and admin activities.
Naukri and Monster are other competitive job portals in India which occupied first and second place in India. Wisdom jobs occupied third place with its huge database and innovative products to rule recruitment market. Wisdom jobs have job portals in various countries like India, Gulf, Malaysia and Singapore. They are also planning to launch in USA and other countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, South Africa and Italy.
